@height8 Ask a few roasters etc. too.

I've heard that cold-brew cascara is pretty interesting…in any case, iced would be pretty good, I imagine, as a healthier alternative to iced tea (because it's naturally quite sweet IMO, though not in a syrupy way).

@height8 It's a wonderfully simple and refreshing tea, in the same way as rooibos. You'll have to go looking for it, because it's often considered a waste product, but when you do find it, it'll probably be quite cheap (for the same reason).

It's something I prepare when I'm not really in the mood for more complex, attention-demanding Chinese teas, and want something a tiny bit on the sour side.

@height8 Links? To shops, or…?

@height8 Have you tried cascara?

Awesome, hope you have a great evening :)

Sounds like it's gonna be a long dinner!

Apparently a nice saline solution helps kill off bacteria in the vicinity — just remember that you absolutely must spit it back out :P

Yep, and I sleep with the window open, since there's no aircon here. Morning chill and all that makes it all the harder — but so comfortable…

Oh no…have you tried gargling with salt water etc.?

2:15. 7.5 hours is usually plenty for me, but on cloudy, grey days like this, I just don't get out of bed.
