@streakmachine Ah, yeah, good tech stuff is very, very hard to find. Unfortunate, because the good videos are really relaxing (and informative).
Have a headache, no doubt a combination of exhaustion and dehydration (unfortunately, rehydration is a slow process). Can't be muscle tension, I stretched and used a foam roller on my shoulders just before dinner.
Since I don't have the patience for deep breathing right now, I'm singing. I suppose that counts as breathing exercise :P (or an exercise in not breathing, whichever way around you want it…)
