@bazbot3 Most CLI apps look about the same as in the 1970s, but your app's UX reminds me of the kind of thing that would work on a teletype!
I wonder if Kininvie overdid the American Oak ageing on their 17yo 1996 batch 001 (this is bottle 32062). Complexity seems to take a lower priority than the intense vanilla spiciness, particularly on the palate — absolutely stunning on the nose though.
@indigo Thanks for the warning, I'll hold off updating until…sometime later…

I think this is the last compile of the dissertation. Will print, bind, and submit tomorrow.
Can't believe it's been 6 months. I'm almost sad it's over. Almost.
Now to convert more parts of my workflow to LaTeX. I write wine-marketing emails for the company in HK where I did my internship (and they're paying me now) — they need everything in Word, but I'm sick of dealing with it, so let's see if I can change the workflow to LaTeX+pandoc. Could also redo my CV in it, now that I've found some nice templates that would take me a good hour to replicate in InDesign. (My current setup for the CV isn't very efficient either, but I so rarely need to submit a CV that I haven't given it much thought for a few years.)
Have had this bottle of maple syrup-infused whisky sitting around for over 2 years now. Should've opened it 2 years ago, when I bought it, because now I've gone off that kind of cloying sweetness a bit.
Once upon a time, I loved this kind of syrupy sweetness. Easy to find in cheap alcohol. Good times…let's see if I can find a use for it in a cocktail with cold brew coffee…
@height8 Not something I'd ever thought of doing, but very sensible. Hope you emerge from all this without too many scars.
