Have had this bottle of maple syrup-infused whisky sitting around for over 2 years now. Should've opened it 2 years ago, when I bought it, because now I've gone off that kind of cloying sweetness a bit.

Once upon a time, I loved this kind of syrupy sweetness. Easy to find in cheap alcohol. Good times…let's see if I can find a use for it in a cocktail with cold brew coffee…
