Emailed them about it to see if there's anything they can do so that I can get an undamaged shirt of the same model at the discount price I originally bought it for…
@indigo Oh no, I have a wardrobe full of shirts, all of which look pretty much the same. This was just discounted, so I bought it along with 3 tshirts. I figured it'd be useful to have a slightly lighter shade for the slightly more formal occasions…which never occur, so it's really just to have.

This could take a while. The whole support team uses one email, so I can never get the same person twice. I'm getting 1–2 emails a day if I'm lucky.
@indigo I have to return it first, but the packing slip (which includes the return auth) was also destroyed, so they'll have to send me a new one. I believe they're paying for return shipping.
@matigo Surprisingly, there hasn't been too much issue in this building. But France is not my kind of place.
