@matigo Might have been, but I haven't changed my sleeping setup in years. Hope it's just an anomaly. Might also have been some core exercises where I unknowingly strained too much? Hmm.
Awake and quite alive, but I shall have to be careful — my neck is stiffer than it's been in a year and I can't figure out why. It might even have been the cause of my headache yesterday. Hmm.

Facetime's audio I/O settings are independent from the system settings and there's no setting to make it copy what the rest of the system is using.
And no, it's not under the preferences either — it's under the "Video" menu.
