In true HK style, the form to renounce Chinese nationality is only 2 pages long. But once renounced, I'll never be able to have my current setup again: 3 passports of which 1 HK, which also allows me a China return permit (seamless access to the mainland). That's because restoring Chinese nationality requires renouncing all other nationalities.
