What a crazy time. So many things to put into place. So much planning needed. Should have started last year but nationality laws aren't exactly a walk in the park, didn't even know where to start prior to an hour ago.

And all that on top of the day job which has seen my role leap from reporting to just the global CEO to both him and one of the directors. Never mind that this job is my first foray outside of academia. But hey, any fool with enough time can put together a budget sheet, right?
