looks very uncomfortable.

Parents, who also didn't go in to JWorld, just messaged to say they're sitting in McDonalds. For coffee, no doubt, almost certainly ignorant of the fact that there's a Starbucks in the same building.

A decent bean overextracted in 3 ways. Damn. At least I'm out of that damn mall.

Oh great. 2 hours in this JWorld building. Cousins are loving it, with all the noise and anime stuff.

Unfortunately this seems to be an incredibly quiet area with no interesting streets, so it looks like I'm stuck with the parents visiting an aquarium and some shops in the same building.

What a fucking waste of an afternoon.

Tomorrow and the day after we'll be at the Nogi Onsel hotel, which may or may not be a hot spring place.

I've been to Japan enough times, hot springs and all, I just come for the photography and food now. So it sucks that we're on a private tour.

I do need to spend a few days in Tokyo alone sometime in the future. All the best places missed this trip, it seems.

Because I don't drink in the morning :p

That's even further than the artisanal coffee shops. We're at the Prince hotel in Shinjuku, middle of everywhere and close to nowhere.

You want me to have a ¥27000 breakfast? ಠ_ಠ

But that ends up being ¥13,390…
