Right, that's my 40 minutes in the hot spring done.

Sleeping on the floor tonight. Tatami, which I love. Unfortunately, sharing a room with my parents means the window will have to stay shut and the heating pretty warm. I like it at about 18ºC, they like it at a good 25ºC…sigh.

And due to the high-rise nature of the Tokyo hotel, I can't open the window there. Which sucks, because I have my own room in that hotel.

Basically, this country is obsessed with heating.

Bought an alpaca beanie. Only thing I've managed to do today.

@kdfrawg …you've got enough hair for half a scarf.

Whoever came up with this "trick art museum" is a business genius: making massive profit by sticking CG images on panels and installing some lights.

Alpaca farm after lunch. Sincerely hope there'll be alpaca steak and sweaters. Not so interested in any other aspect of the operation.

Up at 6 to get the silly bullet train to some alpaca farm where we'll spend the night.

Family having a loud conversation with their mouths full already. As if that weren't bad enough, asking me stuff like when I'm flying to where — which is all detailed on the itinerary that everyone's had for 2 weeks.

This is that popup I was so annoyed about a few days back. Comes with the SIM card, it seems.

@kdfrawg Oh, it is. It really is.
