Sounds like classic Asian (but particularly Japanese) "face time" strategy to me.

I wouldn't mind working in such an IT department. Sounds like a very relaxed job.

That's been a problem on my iPhones for a while. It seems once the keyboard appears on the lock screen, it takes a while for it to become responsive.

That article was the reminder that made me change my mobile device passwords to something better than 6 digits. I'd love to have something longer but there's a compromise, especially with the iPhones — I can't afford to have something so cumbersome that I'd basically be rendering the phone useless, and I'd also be worried about people shoulder-surfing my password if I took too long to type it.

What a lovely wallet review [corradofirera.com]. The author was even kind enough to post a mostly-legible photo of his Italian ID card!

Unrelated: anyone know where I can buy a card printer with Bitcoin?

Don't you live in a house? Surely it'd be cheaper to build a brick dome and teach the little one how to use a shovel on charcoal.

Wallets just need to be redesigned to accommodate these smaller formats. Like SD card wallets.

As opposed to what? I don't mind Apple Wallet etc. but always carry physical versions of essential cards just in case.
