No. In fact, he sent the waitress back out to persuade me that since that particular cut contains two "parts" of pork, one was meant to be redder than the other. And, admittedly, colour isn't always indicative, but even by texture it resembled blue-rare beef. No attempts at compensation or anything of the sort.

Sigh.

Sous-vide pork where the chef left the top of the bag above the water level…worst dinner in a long time. Scared the hell out of me as I'd eaten half the pork loin before cutting into the almost-raw area.

Also, Princess Café, matcha and seaweed do not go together in the vast majority of cases, least of all in a méringue…
