Heh. Spent 3 hours getting a whole lot deeper into LaTeX in an attempt to make life a little easier for the next 2 weeks.
Installed R and knitr, built a compile script that includes knitr and latexmk, and it looks like all I have left to learn is…R itself.
But if I do this right, there'll never be any copy-pasting, and I might even be able to set things so that I don't even type a single number when discussing my results (just print the variables).

Turns out, when you send a college-wide email advertising a free wine tasting — even if it's for a dissertation experiment — people are very eager to sign up.

Had multiple glasses of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society's 21yo Laphroaig tonight. Beautiful event, some lovely cocktails and certainly excellent whiskies.

3 cheeses, ham, and multigrain sourdough for dinner, along with the Riesling opened this afternoon. And gem lettuce with parmesan and vinaigrette, as well as fried padrón peppers. Haven't done this kind of thing in a while…perfect cloudless day for it though.
