@kdfrawg Have actually had some lovely beer here. It's just the restaurants, and a disproportionate amount of coffee shops, that be been sub-par.
@indigo almost forgot about that browser. Used it on iOS 3 and 4 when Safari could only handle 9 tabs and I wanted more. Might have used it on OS X back then too…
Heh, this microbrewery is too relaxing. Good beer, sofas, skylights, the actual brewery behind the bar (exposed), and a playlist loaded with ballads from the 1980s and 1990s.

@matigo Yep. "Drop everything and upgrade."
Back to HK soon anyway and I'm almost certainly going to delete the email I've kept just for UK things.
Booked a trip to Hamburg next week.
Must be crazy.
Will certainly be a budget one…going anywhere from Edinburgh is such a rip-off.

No, I don't think I will, morons.
Really have had a bad string of restaurants and hotels this trip.
Thought dinner in a spa hotel would be alright, especially in a capital. Nope.
Think I'll stick to big cities from now on. There doesn't seem to be quite enough competition elsewhere to inspire and motivate.
I swear this restaurant's "chicken liver parfait" is just Monoprix's pâté shipped straight from Calais.
Not so far to Exeter.
The iPhone could do with multiple ambient light sensors to deal with restaurants that use spot lighting.
