Easy to find "fancy" restaurants in Hamburg, hard to find ones that don't just copy cocktail menus from the neighbouring dive bar (Smirnoff and flavoured Absolut?…Canadian Club in an Old Fashioned?)

@kdfrawg I feel that way about pourovers. But I usually go for long blacks when not at home because specialty coffee shops make better espresso than I ever could, but I usually don't agree with their pourover recipes.

I get everything done and then the printers fuck up.

An entire library of printers incapable of doing anything.

Simple: take it outside and make a coffee popsicle.
