No, and exploding body parts would be most unpleasant.

His hand appears to exist, and certainly his mouth does, but I didn’t have the honour(?) of tactically verifying the existence of any other of his parts.

Was more social tonight than I’ve been in a long time. After a few glasses I somehow got into a discussion with a German guy about the dubious nature of reality and the unreliability of perception, which led to a mutual questioning of his own reality.

Funny bunch.

@kdfrawg Can be very nice though. I like my pens around 10–15g, so metal is simply not an option.

Stay safe.

It’s been a week of slow connection. Our Edinburgh penthouse service apartment (surprise free upgrade) was equipped with one of those SIM-powered wifi things.

Obviously so, if no one rented the place, they wouldn’t be stuck paying bills.

A good idea, but not in a city with such poor signal.

“Good” being the essential bit.

London hotel wifi: Dropbox back up 1–2 images per evening before patience runs out.

HK airport: 10 images between my arriving at the baggage reclaim and the carousel starting up.

(DNGs from the Leica, ~24MB each)

And back in HK. Just need to stay awake for another 8 hours.

Us plebs in premium economy only get cava on BA.

Asked for a refill. They’d run out of cava so I got what is very clearly champagne (unless my tastebuds are completely dead) from business class.

Nice guy. Decent champagne.
