China tomorrow for the weekend. Haven't been to Guangzhou in a few years, so that'll be nice.
Just need to make sure I have what I need on the second iPhone…

A coffee maker malfunctioning is definitely a reason for a flight to make an emergency stop [sprudge.com], as I'm sure @streakmachine will agree.
Showed up at work, made a call, sent 2 emails, had my sandwich, now on my way home to relax for 2 hours before I head back to see a supplier friend before Christmas. Probably have a bottle or 2 open. Then tomorrow is going to be a short one.
One of those happy situations where, even if I wanted to work, I couldn’t, because almost all the companies we work with are already on holiday.
@peemee How long before someone tries to get you in trouble for unauthorised use of a DVD?
Since @matigo et al. are posting about company security (I don't know if I've mentioned this before):
My company's security policies are so strict that no USB connections apart from mouse and keyboard are allowed. I assume they keep logs. Not a problem for most people, perhaps, but even the social media and marketing directors aren't allowed to connect USB devices…like card readers and cameras…which means that they have to transfer files wirelessly. No wonder that room always feels so gloomy.
@matigo Uphill both ways…with some downhill, I hope? Or did it snow so much that it lifted the foundations of the buildings?
