All my bottles finally arrived and I've spent the last hour experimenting and then batching cocktails.

Oh well, it'll all pay off: I'll probably be the only one in the entire university with a fridge full of ready-to-drink cocktails made with pretty decent ingredients.

As many cocktails as I've had over the years, I've never tried vermouth neat.

Antica formula is stunning on its own. So worth the price.

Mac Pro has been freezing on and off all day.

Looks like I'll have to force restart. Again.

That would fit in very well with the current late-90s UI Jeremy's going for.

Rather unexpectedly for a uni event, we had a bottle of Château Musar Hochar Père et fils 2009. Not expensive, but a wonderful sipper.

Damn, I just nodded off, completely unexpectedly. Would be nice to get a full 9 hours tonight anyway, I'll have all of 2 hours to myself tomorrow. Dinner with professors, can't afford to be tired then…

Fools seem to have sent my wine order to the wrong name and address. Looks like some dozy intern matched my email, and order, to the wrong details.

Looks like a certain Mr Mitchell will be getting 500 euros of free wine, and that my shipment will be severely delayed.
