Quinoa, mushrooms, and spinach stir fried with butter and tossed with parmesan and truffle oil. Possibly the healthiest meal I've had in a while.

@matigo 3L is about 40 cocktails I think, and this is all going to cost about £120. 1 cocktail in any London bar worth going to would be about £14. So I'm sure I could use the money saved to buy a nice leather armchair…
I've done all the calculations and I can batch about 3L of classic cocktails with just 5 bottles of alcohol and have minimal leftovers:
- 600ml Manhattan
- 750ml Negroni
- 750ml Martini
- 700ml Boulevardier
- 190ml Americano
The leftover dry vermouth (500ml) would keep long enough for me to use in sauces, and the 150ml remaining Campari would just be drunk with tonic water.
Buying everything on Amazon and using pretty decent bottles, this works out to at least 1/2 the price of drinking in Edinburgh bars, and 1/4 the price of London bars.

In any case, I hate hearing anything but myself when I'm at home. Don't want to know about the neighbours or the loud people outside…and I don't want people hearing me either.
