@neilco That's an insane price.
Think I'll take a break and read an English novel before moving on to a Spanish one.
Juggling languages can be a little tiring.
@matigo A few years ago, one of my friends didn't actually have his own phone, and nor did anyone in the family. Instead, they all just took whichever phone was closest when they went out. So I never knew who I might be speaking to, and it wasn't safe to text.
Most days, he didn't take a phone at all.

It's funny that the first thing I remember studying in psychology — almost 5 years ago — was stereotypes, and that the last psychology essay I'll write for the foreseeable future (unless this plays into my dissertation) will also be on stereotypes.
I remember talking to my psychology teacher back then about being undecided as to whether I should do a psychology or language degree. She said I should do language first, then do psychology, because linguistic knowledge would help me in psychological research. 5 years later, it's all come together: stereotypes and real world knowledge, and their effects on linguistic processing.
When Dropbox is syncing, it's impossible to edit the file's name. Drives me crazy.
@JeremyCherfas Yes, that's the one I was referring to in the following post [10centuries.org]. Thinking of getting one since I like wearing shirts so much.
