I'm always a little wary of the overly-cautious official guidelines, perhaps because our maid in HK grew up on a farm in Indonesia and doesn't think twice about leaving chicken wings to defrost on the counter, uncovered, for 2–3 hours in summer.

Cappuccino's stream markers are weird. I load X posts, then halfway up I see another Y posts available. Load that too, then click to load Z posts.
It's not because you're all posting loads either — clicking once just doesn't load all posts up to present time. @matigo?

@streakmachine I was so tempted to get the Happy Hacking Pro JP in Tokyo. Those extra thumb buttons make a huge difference.
@matigo "speech" doesn't necessarily mean producing words though, it can just be (sometimes systematic) monosyllabic utterances.
