@JeremyCherfas Looks like I'm about 10 minutes away, so a little digestif after lunch may be in order.
Fortuitously googled for the best cocktails in Vancouver just before crossing over Granville Island, found a distillery whose bar is only open Friday and Saturday…so a good start to the evening. And as long as I stick to talking to a few select cousins, I'll get out of it relatively unscathed.
