@matigo I agree about the sugar part (said whilst sipping on plum wine).
@matigo Well that's convenient, since you don't have to worry about stale bread.
@matigo That's a big piece of toast.
Slightly-burnt toast is easily reconstituted by soaking in maple syrup…
@matigo How willing would you be to stand under a structure you'd built entirely on your own after removing the supports?
Audirvana has a strange bug. I have 2 recordings of La Bohème with the album metadata as "La Bohème". Artists and year are different. But they both appear together. Which means I get to hear every track twice.
Annoyed. Apple ID has my old UK number associated with FaceTime, iMessage is claiming to be linked to some HK number I’ve never used, and I can’t disassociate them or link my current one.
Never did appreciate Apple trying to make setup “easy”.
Clarification: actually had 2 tastings in a row tonight.
First one was definitely more my style — around a long table with the winemaker sharing anecdotes — but the 2nd one was more what I’m used to: a stand-up tasting.
Decent wines but few exceptional ones, favourites turned out to be aged German Rieslings and a classic NZ Syrah.
Did get a good tip though.
