@larand Yes, but one never recovers from the indignity of having to get one's own lunch!
That does sound awesome though.

@peemee Sour cream would work…or truffle oil and garlic bread, depending on what mood I'm in. I added cane sugar, black pepper, cumin, and coriander in the blender.
@peemee Sounds wonderful.
I'm making your recipe right now, actually…also in the pressure cooker.
@kdfrawg It's so thin (<3mm at the spine) that, as I was slicing carrots, every slice "crackled". I didn't even know carrots made that kind of sound when being sliced.
I say sliced and not cut, because I was just drawing the knife backwards, and it felt like I was going through raw fish.
The scary part of such a thin (and hard) knife, of course, is that the blade won't tolerate any flexing — it'll just snap.
@kdfrawg Thanks :) out of the box, it really was razor sharp, as proven by my present lack of arm hair. Wonder just how sharp I can get it :o
@matigo Back when I quit all soft drinks cold turkey, I found that consuming copious amounts of cold green tea — sometimes with a bit of honey — helped curb the craving for sugar immensely. I know you don't have a lot of time, but it might be worth keeping homemade jam/stewed fruits in the fridge (I think they last for a week or so) and having that with natural Greek yoghurt.
