@kdfrawg Had no idea Le Creuset made those kinds of pots — that looks mercifully light.

The force touch should have a thing where if you press the screen really hard at any point, regardless of the app, it realises that you're starting to get just a little annoyed at it and sorts itself out right away.

@japchap My relatives in China are thankful that it's now somewhat easy to avoid those suicidal events: claim to be teetotal. But from the moment you take one sip in front of them, they'll force you to join in for the rest of eternity.

Sent the maid to get some plain Greek yogurt. First time, she comes back with syrup-loaded watery yogurt; second time around, she sees the word "Greek" and buys it — turns out, it was "Greek yogurt + Chia, blackberry flavoured."

I'm more confused than I am annoyed — and I'm very annoyed.

Just did about an hour of prep for tonight's "BBQ" (probably just going to be a dinner since the BBQ is rusted to the point of being unusable and it's raining).

One knife, one peeler…feels like home again. If only we had some decent cutting boards =.=.

Not all done yet — the stuff that oxidises (apples, eggplants) will have to be done much later. But the bulk of the chopping's out of the way.

20 hours in the UK and France. My mum was so annoyed about the financial proof bit — of course we have plenty of money, but who leaves it to rot in the bank when it can be invested?
