Flight delayed by 15 minutes.
Sigh.
And I need to try not to fall asleep until I get home, else it won't be an easy day tomorrow.

@kdfrawg You would've been most welcome. Travelling alone is lovely, provided that I can meet up with some people for a few meals.
@indigo They do a 38£ "long brunch" which looks like really good value but it's more aimed at couples, given the quantity. For 12£ extra you can have 4 glasses of Prosecco with the meal, and the waiter for the table next to me was willing to split the 4 glasses between the two at the table so they only paid 6£ each.
Casual elegance and really good service. They take their Pisco quite seriously too.

@kdfrawg This was braised and served with very puréed orange sweet potato flavoured with warm spices, with quinoa sprinkled on top.
From a friend: "Great job, RER, on the self-congratulatory, one-option-only public opinion voting machines. If you replaced the question with "Do you think Kim Jong-un is the dog's bollocks?", you could sell them to North Korea for their next election."
On Friday evening, I grilled a chicken breast, which awaits me in the fridge.
So I'll have a Twix on the plane, and some chicken/baked potato with cheese at home.
Not a glamorous dinner, but I did have a (really healthy) Michelin-star lunch and accompanying Pisco sour 6 hours ago, so I'm not complaining. That lunch also inspired me: I now have a starting point for braised cow heart.
@matigo reminds me of those awful chain emails from the early 2000s.
