At least this support tech had some idea of what was going on: they're waiting for a Cisco tech to come and fix or replace some cars in the server.
A Cisco tech who probably took an overnight train from London?!…surely the whole point of going down that career path is the lucrative OT…

No emails or texts to their users, nothing that I can see on twitter…sigh.

@kdfrawg Well quite. Longest outage I've ever seen. Support doesn't know anything, obviously, they just claim that the engineers need to run "extra tests" (for 4 hours…) to "make sure this doesn't happen again".
