Cast iron I hope?

But even journals are getting a lot of criticism for slack peer-reviewing procedures right?

It's quite amazing what some people will claim.

— What beans do you have today?
> — points to the board behind me which lists what styles they're making (nothing special either)
> — Beans.
> — Oh. points to brew list
> — And on espresso?
> — It's just a house blend.
> — …of…?
> — Uh…come over, let me show you. points to the label

Sigh.

Indeed. Still had just over an hour to see Manchester though. Not a bad city…certainly a whole lot better than Edinburgh.

Oy. 5 hours of spirits and accompanying cocktails tasting.

Dinner now, but have been invited to a free Negroni reception afterwards. Independently, by 4 people.

Have yet to check in to where a bed's been waiting for me all afternoon. And this bag is damn heavy with that bottle of whisky for my cousin's birthday on Sunday.

(Worth it though: £30 on a bottle for her is way less than I'd spend on a hotel in London every night, and I've probably stayed almost a full month in the past year,)

Your genetics will take care of you.

I have got it. I'm doing it right now :p

Getting paid to participate in a research study where I drink a vodka lemonade, wait 20 minutes for the alcohol to set in, then answer a bunch of questions.

That's not so very far removed from my proposed study…except mine will have real alcohol involved.

@kdfrawg Not revealing your methods is so important. People who don't know how to automate see automation as laziness; people who do know how to automate realise that the hard work's in learning how to automate.

Obviously one group will fare better in the near future…
