@matigo So assuming that I go completely passive on Instagram, airgapping might work?
Perhaps I should prepare to make a new Facebook account. One that I'll only use for Messenger purposes.
Follow-up to my Instagram/Facebook problem last night: problem not solved. Impossible to unlink, it seems.
Confusing and illogical: since coming back to HK, I can't use the ErgoDox to log in to the Mac Pro. Whatever keystrokes it's producing at the login screen, it's not anything I've set it to be. So I have to use a "regular" keyboard for that step. But once logged in, it works just fine.
Ah, this seems to have solved it: Facebook website -> Settings -> Security -> Where You're Logged In -> log out of mobile.
@joeo10 I've known that for a while. I suppose the idea of 2 separate companies was just an illusion.
