@matigo Yep. A real test in patience. The items aren't urgent (they're actually winter clothes, heavily discounted), but I hate having loose ends everywhere, especially 3 weeks before I leave the country permanently.
I just have to keep reminding myself that it's not the fault of whoever's on the phone…
It's interesting to see how changing my email client has completely changed my opinion of email itself. Google Inbox is, for the most part, very intelligent, but the UI is frustrating and feels sluggish.
Airmail has none of that intelligence, but lets me go back to the classic Labels/Archive system that I love so much, is much slicker, supports Markdown composing, and makes better use of screen space.
Apparently JCrew's launched an investigation with Borderfree to see what the hell's happened to my 2 week late delivery. Guy told me that if there's no communication or bad news from them after 2 weeks from today, they can issue a full refund or resend the package.
Good effort on their side, but that still means I'm waiting 6 weeks for a sweater and a jacket…
