Browsing The North Face's UK products, it seems the women's down jackets have higher fill power (e.g. the Premonition is 800 fill, the men's jackets seem to top out at 700). Might be to reduce bulk, which might not be so noticeable on men's jackets, but it does raise questions of value for money and fit…
@phoneboy I avoid them if at all possible — it's quite hard for me to sleep with anything on my face. I usually don't have problems in hotels.
I did, in the end, get a few more moments of rest. Wonder how the people without pillows or noise blockers managed. I would've been pretty miserable if I didn't have an eye mask.
There was one seasoned traveler who snored his way through the second half of the trip.

Hmm, this Megabus doesn't do beds. Bit like being on an economy flight. Neck pillow definitely useful, though it is insanely hot in here.
We're now somewhere north of Birmingham just coming to the end of a 20-minute service stop. Would be lovely if they could drive faster. As it is, 6 hours to go.
