@matigo 2 comments on Cappuccino (which is already really great compared to admin): it would be nice to be able to turn the click-to-update-timeline off, and make convo views close on pressing escape.
Michele Chiarlo 2011 Reyna Barbaresco with an insanely expensive 8-week dry-aged côte de boeuf.
Wonderful, but at 96€/kg I'm not sure I'll be having this very often.
@indigo It does.
That's what we were thinking: eat in a hotel restaurant. If it were me, I'd have booked a cheap hotel, but the family does like pretty luxurious ones, so no doubt there'll be something palatable to be had.

Sushi preferable, but it looks like anything will do at this point.
@japchap I think wealth and luxury will be more accurately measured by one's ability not to be monitored.
@matigo It was. Never going back there again! At least I didn't get a drink there.
(Went because it was a friend's birthday, we left the café because it was closing. Stayed for 10 minutes and walked to get the last metro — couldn't stand another minute of that obnoxious, loud music blasted out by a trainee DJ.)
