@matigo A perfect mix of humor and intelligent discussion. Three people: one who studies politics, history, and religion; a geek; and a geek+linguist. Many interesting perspectives on any given subject.
So, friend from Germany arrived in one piece and another friend joined us for dinner — the one who's very well-versed in religion — and we had a wonderful dinner and debate over 2 bottles.
Friend should be on the plane by now.
