@gtwilson I always found visual or text-based support easier, but I suppose it’s harder to charge by the hour with such methods.
@gtwilson Support over the phone has always struck me as being horribly inefficient.
@kdfrawg It is, though I suspect it’ll be easier in a university as populated as this one.
@sumudu Mine was just one side of A4 to fill in — name, course, signature, consent to publish contact information (I didn’t tick that box). They also gave me a rather pointless welcome pack where the biggest load of paper was…a notebook, presumably in case I’d come with no way to take notes in class…After that, just a bit of mingling and burnt coffee. If you mean police registration, though, that’s a real pain, but less of a hassle than getting arrested.

Registration wasn't too bad, in the end. Had a nice chat with 2 people. The potentially forced socialising starts tomorrow though, with 2.5 hours of…whatever's happening…happening.
