I always found visual or text-based support easier, but I suppose it’s harder to charge by the hour with such methods.

Support over the phone has always struck me as being horribly inefficient.

Mine was just one side of A4 to fill in — name, course, signature, consent to publish contact information (I didn’t tick that box). They also gave me a rather pointless welcome pack where the biggest load of paper was…a notebook, presumably in case I’d come with no way to take notes in class…After that, just a bit of mingling and burnt coffee. If you mean police registration, though, that’s a real pain, but less of a hassle than getting arrested.

Registration wasn't too bad, in the end. Had a nice chat with 2 people. The potentially forced socialising starts tomorrow though, with 2.5 hours of…whatever's happening…happening.
