Cuisinart's steamer basket is stepped so that one product can be used with all of their saucepan diameters (which changes depending on the capacity of the saucepan). Shame they don't make a stepped saucepan lid. That'd reduce clutter and confusion.

Hour "gained". Guess one extra glass of whisky wouldn't hurt.

I currently just keep notes of any encounters I have with contacts in the Notes section of my contacts (managed/exploited by Google), in the format year-month-day: description. Works fine for now, but I wonder if I'll need to create a proper relational database for this in the future…
