@kdfrawg Unusually, I decided to end my night with a G&T: Plymouth gin and Fever Tree light. I think even with something like Plymouth, which leans a little towards floral/light but isn't anywhere near the lightest I've ever had, shows better with the Light tonic.
But I've always been reluctant to mix good alcohol.
