Took 2 paracetamol tablets in the morning and 1 ibuprofen gel capsule at about 5pm and now I feel completely fine.
Still made an appointment with a nearby doctor for tomorrow morning. Probably unnecessary, but I haven't had any sort of checkup in years, and what with all this random pain…
