Best fit for me is Uniqlo's chinos, smallest size (29"), and get them shortened. - 3E-width feet means only a few brands of shoes fit (I wear Vivobarefoot shoes and have bought enough to know my size and how they'll fit, usually) - Mattresses, I think, should be tried IRL before buying. I'm not sure about types — I just look for a really stiff one usually.
