@hazardwarning I'd argue that anything that isn't a diary (lived experience) might be considered appropriation. Surely, any imagined worlds (or characters) that have any resemblance to reality are the result of taking things perceived in the real world and running it through the distortions of the mind.
Would be a shame to lose all fiction…
