@hazardwarning I can totally believe there's no need for neck capes in the UK. A lack of UV rather than too much, over there. In HK it was clear skies and up to 35ºC, so even in the city sunglasses are always at least in my bag. Constant danger of dehydration and heat stroke. I'm sure you'd never leave home if you were over here.
