@height8 Fortunately the uni (where he is and would like to stay close to) is only 15 minutes' walk from Café Coutume, one of the better roasters in the city (and highly rated in Europe).
But it is the only one for miles, because not many businesses can survive in that very expensive (and actually very boring) area. Most of the good ones are…actually located within 20 minutes of my apartment on either of the two lines that go through my station…I'd never noticed that.
