Currently they're using some other service whose name I don't know. Probably whatever service is cheapest…this company also has a few computers still running XP, and their "server" is a tower next to the water cooler — it handles mail and files (frankly I'm surprised they didn't try to self-host with that thing). The IT guy himself doesn't have admin passwords because it's leased from a vendor, so even changing folder permissions requires submitting a ticket.
