Conclusion after a day's use: Sublime Text is much better than Atom. The plugins especially. Or maybe I missed something with Atom. Anyway, there's no getting around that "replace in selection" bug.

11am and I think I've done all the work (for the dissertation) that I need to do today…probably do some revision after lunch…I really dislike exams.

Been getting up around 8:30–9 these past few weeks. But I have a 6:50am train on Tuesday, so it looks like I'll be caffeinating myself after just 5 hours of sleep tomorrow. Absolutely must adjust.

@kdfrawg Happy birthday! A good way to celebrate it.

I used vim but ultimately the difficulty of getting panels just the way I like them, and a real file tree sidebar, put me firmly back into the realm of GUI editors. But if I'm ever on a computer that isn't my own, or just want to scare people away enough that they don't pester me with questions, I'll use vim.

emacs not light enough for you?

Must be because it's based on Chrome :P

Atom editor's find/replace in selection bug is driving me insane. Time to give Sublime another go.

Bank has no answer yet. Told me to come back on Monday or so.

Sigh.
